Digital Product Terms

By purchasing a digital product from Move Play Grow Occupational Therapy, including a webinar, recording, guide, template or downloadable resource, you agree to the following terms.

Access and payment

Payment must be made in full before access is provided. Your download or access details will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Please ensure your email address is correct and check your junk folder if your purchase does not arrive.

Personal use only

Your purchase is for individual use only. You must not share, copy, reproduce, resell, upload or distribute the content, files, recordings or access links without written permission from Move Play Grow Occupational Therapy.

Each person accessing the product must purchase their own copy unless a group or workplace licence is specifically included.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not provided for change of mind, failure to use the product or accidental purchases once access has been supplied.

This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed due to an issue within our control, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

Educational information

Our digital products are provided for general education and professional development only. They do not constitute individual occupational therapy, medical or other professional advice and do not replace an individual assessment or treatment plan.

Professionals remain responsible for using their own clinical judgment and working within their scope of practice. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances.

Intellectual property

All videos, documents, resources, graphics and other content remain the intellectual property of Move Play Grow Occupational Therapy or the relevant copyright owner.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it for your own learning but does not transfer ownership of the content.

Technical access

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and software to access the product. If you experience a genuine access issue, please contact us for assistance.
